We’re looking for someone to help build MoonSleep’s creator community 🌙
MoonSleep is a small, female-founded business that’s grown astronomically over the last six months. Since March 2026, we’ve amassed almost 400 million social media views and sold over 20,000 products.
Now we want to build a network of creators, affiliates, and ambassadors who love cozy bedrooms, reading, gaming, crafting, and making content that feels natural and personal. We’re looking for an experienced, resourceful person who can build strong creator relationships, keep everything moving, and contribute creative ideas for how MoonSleep shows up in the world.
About the role
Your main focus will be building and managing our creator program, with great content for ads and affiliate sales as the first priorities.
We also want someone excited to help with organic content concepts and broader brand marketing, including seasonal campaigns, launches, events, and partnerships.
This description reflects the full scope we’d like support with. Together, we’ll prioritize what’s achievable within the initial 20 hours per week, what should come later, and where additional help would make sense.
What you’ll do
- Manage creator partnerships: Find great creators, handle outreach and inbound inquiries, negotiate partnerships, and build ongoing relationships.
- Coordinate content: Manage briefs, shipments, deadlines, feedback, and delivery, using our existing insights while bringing fresh ideas.
- Build the community: Keep creators connected, encouraged, and engaged through consistent communication, recognition, and incentives.
- Keep the program organized: Manage tools, agreements, content permissions, and budgets, and review results with us to guide future partnerships.
- Support organic content: Develop concepts, content calendars, and loose scripts for MoonSleep’s accounts.
- Help grow the brand: Bring ideas and help execute seasonal campaigns, launches, partnerships, events, and press opportunities.

Who we’re looking for
- Your biggest strengths should be creator relationships and excellent follow-through.
- Ideally, you:
- Have built or managed a creator, influencer, affiliate, or ambassador program and can share what you owned and learned.
- Understand our audience and have a strong eye for engaging, brand-appropriate content.
- Are organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple relationships and deadlines.
- Enjoy being resourceful on a small team, bringing ideas and following through on the details.
- Can help us understand what works, what’s realistic, and where we need additional support.
- Experience with ecommerce, content for paid ads, organic social strategy, events, or press is a bonus.
How we’ll work together
You’ll work directly with MoonSleep’s two founders, with support from our existing performance insights and briefs, an editor, and our ordering and fulfillment system.
We’ll be closely involved in direction and approvals initially, with the goal of giving you increasing ownership of the program’s day-to-day operation.
Location and arrangement
- Location: Austin, Texas. You must be based locally. We’ll discuss the balance of independent work and in-person collaboration together.
- Arrangement: A part-time partnership, with the goal of growing into an employee role as the program develops.
- Time commitment: 20 hours per week to start.
- Compensation: Hourly, with the rate agreed before starting.
- We’ll agree on the initial scope, priorities, and deliverables together.
