Since 1988, Heavenly Heat Saunas has built the healthiest home saunas in the world, with zero wood glues or adhesives, no hidden plywood, and no synthetic materials. As we continue to scale rapidly, we are hiring a part-time Junior Social Media Associate to support our Social Media Manager across social content, production, and affiliate marketing.
This is a hands-on seat focused on execution, for someone early in their career who is creative, organized, and wants real experience at a fast-moving brand.
What You'll Do
- Create, schedule, and post content across Instagram, TikTok, X, and other platforms, partnering with the Social Media Manager on direction and priorities
- Maintain the social content calendar, trackers, and weekly performance reports
- Support content production at our Dripping Springs office, including shoot prep, filming, product setup, and organizing footage
- Repurpose content across platforms and formats
- Support affiliate and partner programs by organizing assets and tracking partner posts
- Monitor engagement, comments, and messages, and escalate as needed
- Research trends, competitors, and content ideas in health and wellness
- Handle light admin tied to social media and partnerships

- You take direction well, adapt quickly, and ask good questions
- You hold a high bar for your own work and want to grow fast
- Real interest in social media, content creation, and brand building
- Interest in health, wellness, fitness, or longevity is a plus
Qualifications
- 0 to 2 years of experience in social media, marketing, or content (school, personal, and freelance work all count)
- Strong working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and X
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus
Role Details
- Part-time, 20 to 25 hours per week
- 3-month initial term, hourly, with potential to extend
- Pay: based on experience
- Hybrid: in office in Dripping Springs, TX [3-4] days per week, remote the rest
- Must be based in the Austin area (near Dripping Springs a plus)
- Reports to the Social Media Manager
