About Future Digital
Future Digital is a growth marketing partner for venture-backed consumer health, women's health, wellness, and family brands.
We work as an embedded extension of our clients' teams across paid media, lifecycle marketing, and performance creative. We're intentionally senior, hands-on, and focused on measurable growth — with lower client-to-strategist ratios and an AI-enabled, human-led approach.
The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Paid Social Media Buyer to own and optimize paid social acquisition across Meta, with experience across TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube strongly valued.
This role will begin part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as our client portfolio and paid media practice continue to expand. We're looking for someone interested in growing with the team rather than simply picking up a few accounts.
Paid social at Future Digital isn't just campaign management. You'll be expected to understand the customer, what motivates them, which objections matter, which creative messages resonate, and how targeting, creative, offers, landing pages, and media strategy work together to drive performance.
You should be equally comfortable diagnosing why performance changed, determining whether the issue is media, creative, targeting, offer, or funnel-related, and turning those insights into the next action or test.
What You'll Own
- Build, launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns, with Meta as the core platform
- Own campaign architecture, audiences, targeting, bidding, budgets, pacing, placements, and ongoing optimization
- Develop prospecting, retargeting, and customer-exclusion strategies appropriate to each client's growth goals
- Conduct customer, audience, competitor, and market research to understand who we're trying to reach, what motivates them, their pain points and objections, and how those insights should shape media and creative strategy
- Monitor CAC, CPA, ROAS, MER, CVR, CTR, CPC, CPM, frequency, AOV, lead quality, and other business-relevant KPIs
- Develop structured testing roadmaps across audiences, creative concepts, formats, hooks, messaging, offers, landing pages, and campaign structure
- Analyze creative performance to identify winning concepts, emerging fatigue, and opportunities for iteration
- Partner closely with creative strategists and designers to turn media performance into actionable creative direction
- Distinguish between creative, targeting, offer, funnel, and media-buying problems rather than treating every performance decline as a targeting issue
- Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns while protecting efficiency
- Monitor conversion tracking, attribution, and measurement and flag discrepancies quickly
- Translate platform data into clear insights, recommendations, and next steps
- Maintain strong campaign QA, documentation, and account organization
- Use AI to accelerate research, analysis, reporting, QA, ideation, and campaign development without replacing strategic judgment
Who You Are
- A paid social specialist. Meta Ads Manager is a core strength, and you've personally built, optimized, and scaled campaigns within it.
- Creative-minded. You understand that creative is one of the biggest performance levers in paid social. You can explain what is working, what is fatiguing, and what the creative team should test next.
- Customer-minded. You don't treat audiences as targeting settings. You understand the people behind the data — their motivations, pain points, objections, behaviors, and reasons for buying.
- A performance marketer, not just a platform operator. You understand how media, creative, targeting, offers, landing pages, and business economics work together.
- Analytical and commercially minded. You don't stop at what changed — you determine why it changed and what should happen next.
- Comfortable scaling. You understand how to increase spend without blindly chasing volume or sacrificing efficiency.
- Comfortable with ownership. You proactively identify and act on opportunities rather than waiting for an optimization checklist.
- Detail-oriented. Budgets, targeting, geography, exclusions, URLs, tracking, attribution, conversion events, and launch settings matter.
- AI-fluent. You actively use AI to improve the speed and quality of your work while knowing where human judgment is essential.
What We're Looking For
- 3–6+ years of hands-on paid social/performance marketing experience
- Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Demonstrated experience managing and scaling meaningful paid social budgets
- Proven ability to optimize toward CAC, CPA, ROAS, revenue, lead quality, or other measurable business outcomes
- Strong understanding of creative testing and how creative performance influences paid social strategy
- Experience with prospecting, retargeting, audience development, exclusions, and campaign scaling
- Strong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and platform measurement
- Experience developing and executing structured testing strategies
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in an agency environment
- Comfortable starting part-time with interest in growing into a full-time role
Strong plus: TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, DTC/eCommerce, consumer health, women's health, wellness, family, CPG, Shopify, lead generation, regulated categories, or agency experience.
