Overview
The Digital Account Manager & Marketing Specialist serves as the primary partner for advertisers across Electronics, Toys/Media, and Seasonal categories, supporting marketing initiatives driven by shopper data–based insights. This role focuses on campaign facilitation, audience strategy, optimization, and client communication, ensuring programs launch accurately, perform effectively, and align with advertiser objectives. The position requires close coordination across internal teams to manage execution, reporting, and ongoing account support.

Digital Account Manager & Marketing Specialist Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital account management, media planning, or digital marketing, preferably within retail media or agency environments
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data‑driven marketing strategies
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with exposure to campaign performance analysis and optimization
- Proven client‑facing communication skills, including written correspondence and strategic presentations
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and internal workflows in a fast‑paced environment
- High level of customer centricity, collaboration, and attention to detail
Digital Account Manager & Marketing Specialist Duties
- Act as the primary client contact for assigned advertiser accounts, managing day‑to‑day communication and support
- Support end‑to‑end campaign execution, including setup, launches, trafficking coordination, and internal ticket submission
- Provide audience targeting recommendations aligned to KPIs and campaign objectives
- Monitor campaign performance, deliver reporting, and recommend post‑launch optimization strategies
- Partner cross‑functionally with sales, analytics, creative, and operations teams to navigate internal workstreams
- Respond to client inquiries and email requests with timely, accurate guidance
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance, add value, and strengthen advertiser relationships
- Stay informed on digital media trends, platform capabilities, and evolving advertising solutions
