The position is part-time and primarily remote, with occasional onsite work in San Diego and flexibility for hybrid arrangements. Deliverables
- Develop and execute a weekly content calendar tailored to real estate, renovation, and design topics
- Create and edit educational videos, informative posts, and property tour content for multiple social media platforms
- Collaborate on content ideas that highlight artistry, leadership, and investment perspectives
- Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies to optimize reach and audience growth
- Occasionally attend onsite property tours in San Diego to capture original content
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and visual identity
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
- Strong video editing and graphic design skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of real estate, renovation, or design industries is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
- Availability for ongoing weekly support; must be based in or able to travel to San Diego for occasional onsite work
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency
