Our client, a leading accounting and tax software provider, is actively hiring a Social Media Content Manager to join their team in San Diego, CA! This is a hybrid role and will be 3x a week, onsite.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting creative, strategic, and operational needs for their communications programs. You will handle hands-on content creation, content strategy, and some project management to scale high-quality, on-brand social content across their channels. This team is looking for someone who is comfortable creating social content end to end, identifying ways to repurpose existing assets, and managing editorial workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and capitalize on real-time engagement opportunities
- Write compelling platform-specific copy across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Reddit
- Evaluate content performance and engagement trends
- Translate social listening, community feedback, and cultural signs into clear insights and strategic recommendations
Skills:
- 3-4 years of experience in social content creation, digital marketing, or similar
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or related
- Experience with social media management tools (Hearsay, Sprout, Sprinkr, SiftAi)
