JOB SUMMARY:
The client is seeking a dynamic Social Content & Creative Associate to join the TurboTax Consumer Group Corporate Communications team. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with strategy and project management to develop high-quality, on-brand social content across expert-led channels. This role involves creating compelling content, developing content strategies, and engaging with our audience in real-time to elevate the TurboTax brand on social media platforms.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Conceptualize and publish diverse content types, including short-form content and graphics, aligned with brand voice and cultural moments.
Develop content strategies and maintain editorial calendars, ensuring a balance between planned campaigns and trend-driven opportunities.
Proactively engage in real-time conversations, adding value and authenticity to discussions relevant to the brand.
Evaluate content performance, leveraging insights to optimize future content planning and strategy.
Streamline workflow management and improve content delivery processes, enhancing program scalability and efficiency.
Must have Skills
Profound expertise in social media management and content creation.
Strong proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Exceptional copywriting skills with the versatility to adapt brand voice across various platforms.
Industry Experience:
Experience in digital marketing or agency roles, particularly within the technology or financial services sectors, is advantageous.
