We are seeking a talented and experienced Freelance Creative Writers (Communication and Learning) to join our team. As a Freelance Creative Writer with BIW, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's communications and educational materials. You will be responsible for crafting persuasive and engaging content across a variety of communication channels, including email, direct mail, SMS, and social media. In addition, you will develop impactful learning materials, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training scripts, and learning support materials.

Key Responsibilities

Create clear and compelling communication materials, including emails, direct mail, SMS, and social media content.
Develop scripts and content for eLearning modules and instructor-led training programs.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
Adapt communication and learning materials to cater to the specific needs of the automotive, heavy trucking, and industrial manufacturing industries.
Ensure all content is aligned with our client's brand voice, guidelines, and objectives.

Requirements

Proven experience in writing for various communication channels.
Demonstrated expertise in scriptwriting for eLearning and instructor-led training.
Familiarity with the automotive, heavy trucking, or industrial manufacturing sectors is required.
Proficiency in Articulate Storyline or similar eLearning authoring tools is ideal but not required.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an emphasis on clarity and creativity.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
