We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Project Manager to support a Global Marketing team within a leading professional haircare company. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to gain hands-on experience in global brand development, product launches, and cross-functional project execution.
- $32.82/hr - weekly pay
- 40 hours a week, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote
- Through June for now with possible extension
You will work closely with International Project Managers to help bring innovative haircare products to life—supporting everything from concept development through launch execution across global markets.
This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role that blends creativity, organization, and analytical thinking.
What You’ll Do
- Support Global Marketing Project Managers in daily execution of brand and product initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and consumer insights
- Track business performance and maintain reporting dashboards for product launches and marketing initiatives
- Assist in product launch coordination, including concept development, sample tracking, and artwork review
- Partner with cross-functional teams (R&I, Supply Chain, Education, Agencies, Development) to support project timelines
- Communicate with regional marketing teams to ensure alignment on global strategy execution
- Help organize international meetings, workshops, and marketing events
- Assist in preparing and updating presentations, reports, and marketing materials
- Support budget tracking and expense monitoring for projects
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of marketing experience (internships included welcome)
- Exposure to beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods industries is a strong plus
- Strong interest in beauty, haircare, and product innovation
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and consumer insights
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and interest in product storytelling
