Role Description
This role will work with our Lead Marketing Coordinator to support and elevate our brand across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing and growing our social media accounts (@aydinplasticsurgery & @aydinaesthetics)
• Schedule, create, and capture engaging content (in-office treatments, before & afters, events)
• Support email & SMS marketing campaigns
• Oversee and update website content regularly
• Maintain and update our before & after gallery on a weekly basis (high priority)
• Collaborate on promotions, campaigns, and event ideas to attract new patients and engage our current community
• Help strengthen patient relationships and position our practice as a one-stop destination for all aesthetic needs
• Create graphics for social media and in-office marketing materials
• The pay range is $18-20 per hour
Qualifications:
• Experience in marketing, social media and content creation is required
• Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok trends
• Proficiency in Canva is required
• Organized, proactive, and highly detail-oriented
• Creative thinker with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table
• Interest in aesthetics, skincare, or beauty industry is a major plus
• Comfortable working on-site and capturing live content
