About the Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager (Contract) to join the Digital Services team and support a fast-paced Digital Marketing organization. This role sits at the center of paid media, search, social, influencer, and cross-functional marketing initiatives—acting as the connector between strategy and execution.
As a Project Manager, you’ll work closely with digital marketing leaders and cross-functional teams to keep campaigns and initiatives moving from concept through launch. You’ll manage timelines, align stakeholders, track deliverables, and ensure that work is executed efficiently and accurately across multiple workstreams.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who understands how digital marketing campaigns are built and launched, thrives in highly collaborative environments, and excels at bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex projects.
What You’ll Do
Project & Program Management
- Manage day-to-day execution across multiple digital marketing projects, ensuring alignment to strategy, timelines, and business objectives.
- Build and maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, and documentation.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively adjust plans to keep work on track.
- Lead meetings, document decisions, and drive next steps to ensure accountability and momentum.
Digital Marketing Collaboration
- Partner with paid media, search, social, influencer, design, legal, and business teams to support campaign development and launch.
- Develop a working understanding of paid social, paid search, influencer marketing, and digital campaign structures.
- Translate technical or marketing concepts into clear updates and action items for diverse stakeholders.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Serve as a central point of coordination across internal teams and external partners.
- Communicate timelines, priorities, risks, and recommendations with clarity and confidence.
- Support leadership with reporting on project status, metrics, and outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, ideally within digital marketing or agency environments.
- Exposure to digital marketing initiatives such as paid media, social, search, SEO, ad operations, or marketing technology.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to “translate” between creative, technical, and business teams.
- Proven ability to adapt quickly in fast-moving, high-volume environments.
Preferred Experience
- Agency experience strongly preferred.
- Background in retail, CPG, publishing, or related industries.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Google Workspace tools.
- Exposure to paid media, email marketing, or organic social initiatives.
Why This Role Stands Out
- High visibility and immediate impact within a major digital marketing organization.
- Hands-on exposure to paid media, social, influencer, and cross-channel campaign execution.
- Extensive collaboration with marketing, creative, legal, and business teams.
- Opportunity to build expertise in digital advertising and marketing operations at scale.
