Part-Time / Contract
LifeCycle Swimming is seeking a reliable Social Media Coordinator to execute our Instagram and Facebook content. This role focuses on Canva design, post creation, and scheduling using clear direction provided. Strategy is supplied, as well as initial copy and captions — we need someone who can execute accurately and consistently.
Responsibilities
- Create simple, on-brand Canva templates using provided direction
- Build individual posts using supplied copy, CTAs, tags and content guidelines
- Schedule and publish posts according to a set content calendar
- Ensure accuracy of dates, promotions, captions, and formatting
- Keep Canva files and content organized
- Strong communication with owner of company, ensuring posts are approved before posting
Requirements
- Strong Canva experience
- Familiarity with posting on Instagram and Facebook, and Meta Business Suite scheduling tool. Tik Tok experience a plus.
- High attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and specific instructions
- Organized and deadline-oriented

- No strategy development
- No copywriting from scratch
- No analytics or ad management
- No on-camera content creation

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
