Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Associate V to lead large-scale in-app digital marketing campaigns for a global business messaging platform serving millions of businesses. This role focuses on lifecycle marketing, product adoption, and data-driven execution within a mobile app environment.
You will manage campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement while working cross-functionally with product, engineering, creative, content, and data science teams.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Development
- Develop and execute in-app digital communication strategies to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and product adoption
- Create lifecycle marketing calendars based on audience behavior and product priorities
- Design strong CTAs and deep-link journeys guiding users to key product features
Creative & Production
- Manage creative production processes and vendor/agency collaboration
- Lead creative approvals and ensure alignment with product and brand goals
- Solve localization and creative adaptation challenges across audiences
Campaign Execution
- Partner with technical program managers and engineers to launch campaigns within internal systems
- Deliver approximately 3 in-app campaigns per month
- Coordinate across product, creative, and data teams to ensure timely launches
Measurement & Optimization
- Work with data teams to analyze engagement and product usage metrics
- Run A/B tests and apply learnings to improve performance
- Develop reporting insights and drive data-informed decisions
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong background in creative production & vendor management
- Experience with product go-to-market (GTM) initiatives
- Experience working closely with technical or engineering teams
- Hands-on A/B testing and campaign optimization
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
