Job Summary:
This role is for a senior product designer to lead the creation of end-to-end customer experiences for a consumer finance platform. You will be responsible for defining the product vision and mentoring junior designers. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to build impactful financial tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Shape the overall user experience for banking and money management products.
Lead design strategy and set high standards for design quality.
Mentor and guide other designers within the team.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and research partners.
Drive innovative and scalable design solutions for financial empowerment.

Must-Have Skills:

Demonstrated success in designing consumer-facing digital products.
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design.
Ability to lead and influence design direction across teams.

Industry Experience:

Experience in the fintech or banking industry is strongly preferred, particularly with consumer-facing financial wellness products and mobile app development.
