Compensation Range: $40 - 50 per hour
This high-visibility role offers a strategic designer the opportunity to serve as a consultative partner, driving cross-departmental aesthetics and enhancing end-to-end customer experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex concepts into world-class digital assets and cohesive brand systems
Responsibilities:
- Architect creative assets and digital collateral across site, email, and marketing channels to drive brand aesthetic and customer engagement.
- Partner with cross-functional peers and senior management to ensure strategic alignment of design programs and brand guidelines.
- Execute diverse omnichannel projects under tight timelines to elevate visual identity and maintain market excellence.
- Foster collaborative relationships across departments to advocate design decisions and advance creative innovation.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional web design experience within an in-house agency or dynamic creative environment.
- Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, typography, and color theory, with AfterEffects skills as a bonus.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact creative campaigns, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, or Fine Arts, paired with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
