Description:

The Opportunity

You are a detail oriented, modern designer with the foundational skillset of traditional execution. You thrive on thorough strategic briefs, taking an initial idea and turning it into a visual masterpiece. Whether it’s the Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Gen AI, or a combination of tools – you know how to properly apply platforms to create scalable deliverables with results that shine. A true team player, ready to roll up their sleeves and collaborate on an internal creative studio team with the opportunity to drive true impact within Cleint’s ecosystem of commercial marketers and medical strategy leads.

In this role, you will be a core “maker” on our creative team, focusing heavily on the day-to-day execution and production of creative assets supporting our Medical team. Fluency in Adobe Express will be paramount to keep pace with rapidly developing research outputs and strategic briefs, often needing chart and graph recreation, iconography, and other design assets that you will create for

our templates.

This position is strategically aligned to bring cohesive visual identity across educational materials for patients and healthcare providers, so experience in content creation for Medical is a strong plus. Working directly with our medical stakeholders, you will help craft important documentation that transforms scientific data into digestible and engaging formats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary hands-on designer, producing a high volume of quality assets including digital campaign banners, social media graphics, print collateral, PowerPoint presentations, one-pagers and scientific data visualization.

• Brand Consistency: Apply Medical’s visual identity system meticulously across all deliverables. Ensure every asset produced is typographically sound, compliant, and strictly adheres to brand and regulatory guidelines.

• Asset Management and File Delivery: Prepare flawless final files for print production and digital publishing. Organize and maintain design files, asset libraries, and templates to upskill marketing and medical strategy leads on content creation.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with project managers, copywriters, and medical reviewers to take creative briefs from initial layout to final, approved execution.

• Agile Iteration: Quickly and gracefully incorporate feedback from stakeholders and regulatory/compliance teams (CMLR reviews), iterating designs to meet both creative and legal requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 4-7 years of hands-on professional graphic design and production experience in an agency or in-house environment. Experience in healthcare, biotech, or a highly regulated industry is a strong plus.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field.

• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level mastery of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Adobe Express. Strong proficiency in presentation design (PowerPoint) is essential. Familiarity with UI/UX tools (Figma) and basic motion graphics (After Effects) is a bonus.

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing excellent typography, layout, color theory, and a heavy emphasis on flawlessly executed, real-world design deliverables (digital, print, and presentations). Applications without a portfolio link will not be considered.

• Attention to Detail: An eagle eye for detail, from kerning and alignment to spotting inconsistencies in formatting and brand application.

• Work Style: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple deadlines simultaneously without sacrificing the quality of the final product.
