Our client, a leader in financial tax software, is looking to hire a Content Writer. This is a hybrid role that will be onsite 3x per week in San Diego, CA.

As a Content Writer, you will write & publish long-form content on personal finance topics including the credit scoring system in the U.S., money management, banking and credit card and loan education as part of an editorial team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage simultaneous blog & long-form content writing projects, developing new and editing personal finance & money management content
- Transform accounting/financial jargon into conversational, approachable language that drives reader action and reflects brand voice & tone
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content leads, product managers, marketers, researchers, and engineers to align digital written and visual content with business goals
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, Content Writer, Designer, and/or Strategist in personal finance, FinTech, SaaS, Banking, and/or Financial Services topics
- Strong working knowledge of Generative AI tools for content design and strategy
- Experience with editing and tailoring content for SEO, CRO, GEO, and/or AEO
- Must have a creative online portfolio that demonstrates your writing strengths and content design process!
