Job Summary:
This role is responsible for driving the strategy and measurement maturity for a company's paid social media programs across various platforms, with a focus on brand and upper-funnel initiatives. The individual will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to advance next-generation measurement techniques and rigorous testing methodologies. A critical thinker with a strong testing mindset is needed to develop best-in-class channel strategies by understanding platform nuances.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead top-of-funnel paid social initiatives aligned with brand activities.
Develop strategies to engage younger audiences through advertising and influencer content.
Implement advanced measurement solutions to track impact and optimize campaigns.
Champion brand and acquisition KPIs as primary program success metrics.
Execute testing roadmaps across major social platforms with channel owners.

Must-Have Skills:

5+ years of performance marketing or paid social experience.
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Knowledge of privacy policies and mobile attribution fundamentals.

Industry Experience:
Experience in the financial technology or consumer finance industry is preferred for this role.
