Job Title: Senior Product Designer (Growth & User Experience)

The Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and data-driven Senior Product Designer with a strong background in UX and a proven track record in Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies. This role is critical in shaping the user experience of our product, focusing on driving customer activation, engagement, and long-term value. You will be instrumental in understanding our users deeply, identifying opportunities for improvement across the entire customer journey, and translating insights into impactful design solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role with a strong emphasis on practical application of UX principles.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing for Product-Led Growth, including onboarding, activation, and conversion optimization.
- Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, prototyping tools, and usability testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in defining and tracking product metrics and designing experiments.
- Proficiency in user research techniques, including interviews, usability studies, and workflow analysis.
- Excellent systems thinking capabilities and the ability to see the bigger picture of the customer experience.
- Ability to translate complex user needs and business goals into elegant and effective design solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale clearly.
- Experience with product instrumentation and telemetry is highly desirable.
