We are looking for a Graphic Designer to support print and visual content updates for a manufacturing organization in Eagan, Minnesota. This is a Contract position focused on refining existing marketing materials, maintaining brand consistency, and making precise design revisions across catalogs and related collateral. The ideal candidate brings strong Adobe Creative Cloud expertise and a careful eye for detail when adjusting logos, addresses, part numbers, and brochure content.
Responsibilities:
• Revise catalog layouts and visual elements to keep product materials accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
• Make detailed updates to existing artwork, including address changes, logo refinements, and edits to product identifiers such as part numbers.
• Prepare and modify brochure and print-ready files using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Ensure all design changes are applied consistently across marketing collateral while preserving overall visual quality and readability.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret requested edits and translate them into clear, production-ready design updates.
• Review completed materials carefully to confirm that content changes are correct and formatting remains consistent throughout each document.
• Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong layout, editing, and production skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and broader Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• Hands-on experience updating catalogs, brochures, or similar print marketing materials.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage precise text, logo, and product information revisions.
• Ability to work independently in a Contract role while meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to follow brand guidelines and revision instructions accurately.
