Title: UX Designer

Location: Onsite twice a week - once in Downtown Minneapolis and once in Brooklyn Park, MN

Duration: 1 year contract with extensions

Role Summary

We are hiring a UX Designer to lead end-to-end design initiatives within a product area, partnering closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams. This role requires strong hands-on design execution, the ability to solve loosely defined problems, and experience delivering intuitive, user-centered experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Own and deliver end-to-end UX design for product features and initiatives.
Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
Translate user needs, business goals, and technical requirements into effective solutions.
Deliver production-ready specifications for engineering teams.
Design intuitive workflows, information architecture, and user journeys.
Collaborate within Agile teams and communicate design decisions clearly.
Apply accessibility, design system standards, and UX best practices.
Support usability testing and continuously improve designs through feedback and iteration.

The W2 pay range for this type of role is approximately $55.00 - $67.00 per billable hour. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation.
