Title: UX Designer
Location: Onsite twice a week - once in Downtown Minneapolis and once in Brooklyn Park, MN
Duration: 1 year contract with extensions
Role Summary
We are hiring a UX Designer to lead end-to-end design initiatives within a product area, partnering closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams. This role requires strong hands-on design execution, the ability to solve loosely defined problems, and experience delivering intuitive, user-centered experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver end-to-end UX design for product features and initiatives.
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
- Translate user needs, business goals, and technical requirements into effective solutions.
- Deliver production-ready specifications for engineering teams.
- Design intuitive workflows, information architecture, and user journeys.
- Collaborate within Agile teams and communicate design decisions clearly.
- Apply accessibility, design system standards, and UX best practices.
- Support usability testing and continuously improve designs through feedback and iteration.

The W2 pay range for this type of role is approximately $55.00 - $67.00 per billable hour. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation.
