About CTOR
CTOR is a multidisciplinary group working across orthodontic education, research and publishing, and specialized clinical care. Our group includes CTOR Academy, our advanced orthodontic education division; CTOR Press and research initiatives; and our orthodontic practices, CTOR Ortho, Orthodontia Studio, and Pediatric Ortho by OS.
We are looking for a creative and motivated Design & Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Director and PR Specialist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns, creative assets, and social media content across the CTOR group.
The role will primarily focus on our clinical brands, helping create day-to-day content and activate marketing campaigns, with occasional projects supporting CTOR Academy, research, and publishing initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Create and adapt graphics for social media, digital marketing, advertising, email, and print
- Film and edit Reels, Shorts, and other short-form video content
- Assist with day-to-day social media content creation and management for our orthodontic practices
- Support photography and video production in our clinics and at events
- Adapt creative concepts and art direction across different platforms and formats
- Help maintain a cohesive visual identity and ensure brand consistency across all communications
- Support campaign activation, from creative production to content rollout
- Assist with content planning, copywriting, and social media scheduling
- Occasionally support creative and marketing projects for CTOR Academy, research, and CTOR Press
What We're Looking For
- A student, recent graduate, or early-career creative in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro; After Effects is a plus
- Experience or strong interest in video editing, Reels, and short-form social media content
- Basic photography and video production skills
- Experience or knowledge of copywriting for social media and digital marketing
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, ideation, and creative workflows
- A strong eye for design, typography, and visual storytelling
- Spanish and/or Portuguese native or bilingual is a plus
- Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience across design, content production, social media, and integrated marketing campaigns while working with multiple established healthcare, education, and research brands.
