Job Summary
The Social Media Coordinator is an exciting new role and opportunity for a creative individual to support the EHS brand and strategic initiatives. This individual will be responsible for photography, videography, editing, managing the social media channels and tracking KPI’s and metrics. Key skills include strong communication, content creation, audience instincts, team player and a deep understanding of all social media platforms.
Responsibilities
- On-site photography and videography
- Editing photos and videos
- Strong content creation ability
- Understanding KPI’s and defining them specifically for social media
- Collaborating with designers or copywriters to optimize branding and calls to action
- Posting to and monitoring all social media channels
- Tracking the performance of organic and paid campaigns
- Staying abreast of social media technologies
- Tracking audience engagement and KPI’s
- Training interested marketing liaisons in various departments on best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Prior social media experience (2-3 years), preferrable in healthcare or related field
- High level of knowledge of, and experience with all social media channels
- Ability to track and report metrics and KPI’s for campaigns
- Experience with Meltwater or other media monitoring solution a bonus
