Role Description This is a part-time, on-site (or remote but with zoom and camera on) role based in Scarsdale, NY, focused on Squarespace website management, social media, and Mailchimp campaigns. The team member will update and maintain the company’s Squarespace website, including uploading new content, optimizing layout, and ensuring consistent branding. Day-to-day tasks include planning and creating social media content, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and coordinating with internal stakeholders on messaging and campaigns. The role also involves building and sending Mailchimp newsletters, managing lists and segments, tracking performance, and suggesting improvements based on analytics. The person in this role will collaborate closely with creative and production teams to ensure that digital channels reflect current projects and support overall marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Experience with Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, including planning, posting, and analyzing performance across major platforms.
- Skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with the ability to align website, social, and email efforts to broader campaign objectives.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively and convey brand voice clearly.
- Hands-on experience managing and updating Squarespace websites, including content uploads, page layout, and basic SEO best practices.
- Proficiency with Mailchimp for creating campaigns, managing subscriber lists, and interpreting email analytics.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Familiarity with the advertising, film, or content production space is a plus.
- Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
- There will be no technical instruction for this role, the person must be already proficient.
