Role:
Sitting in-person at our Dallas-based HQ, this role supports the Director of Social & PR and the broader social media and communications teams. You will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of key initiatives for a leading activity-based entertainment brand.
This position sits at the intersection of social, PR, and paid media efforts, providing critical support for executive reporting, briefing materials, and internal communications. Additionally, you will be responsible for periodic venue visits to support ad hoc, mobile-first content capture.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Support: Assist social strategy efforts across initiatives to ensure alignment across all workstreams.
- PR & Media Integration: Support the planning of PR initiatives and assist in creating paid media briefs to ensure a cohesive message across all channels.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Help bridge the gap between social, PR, and paid media teams for seamless execution.
- Executive Reporting: Support the development of executive reporting, briefing materials, and internal "share outs."
- Project Coordination: Synthesize inputs from multiple teams into clear, organized outputs, action items, and "to-dos."
- Stakeholder Visibility: Surface key updates, learnings, and results to maintain visibility for leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Content Capture: Support ad hoc, mobile-first content capture at local venues in partnership with the core creative team.
Experience & Qualifications
Location & Availability
- Must be Dallas-based with the ability to work in-person at headquarters regularly.
- Ability to travel to local venues for content capture as needed.
Professional Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in social media, PR, communications, or integrated marketing roles.
- Proven experience supporting cross-channel initiatives (Social, PR, and/or Paid Media).
- Experience assisting in planning and coordinating across multiple stakeholders or complex teams.
- Background in supporting executive-level reporting, briefing materials, or corporate presentations.
