Digital Marketing Support Specialist
Location: Arlington, TX 76011 (Onsite 5 days per week)
Duration: 6-month contract, likely to extend
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Support Specialist to support both sales and marketing end users across a wide range of digital marketing technologies, processes, campaigns, and analytics.
This role is fully onsite in Arlington, TX and plays a key part in helping teams build and optimize campaign strategies that drive traffic and lead generation.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting enterprise marketing technologies, enjoys troubleshooting and training end users, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support sales and marketing end users across all digital marketing technologies, processes, campaigns, and analytics
• Administer user accounts for all enterprise marketing applications
• Provide phone, online, and in-person support for digital marketing-related issues
• Document, track, and resolve support requests while clearly communicating status and resolution
• Participate in focus groups to enhance existing applications
• Document new features and business needs to be applied to marketing technologies
• Assist with training end users on all digital marketing applications
• Create and maintain training documentation
• Assist with web design tasks, HTML code edits, and photo enhancement
• Support users of the company website CMS, CRM, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other enterprise marketing technologies
• Maintain and report on website and market-level performance using Google Analytics, identify trends, and recommend improvements
• Evaluate CRM data integrity and recommend process improvements
• Manage email marketing templates and campaigns, including best practice recommendations
• Identify opportunities to improve web listings to increase traffic and lead generation
Top Must-Haves:
• Strong experience supporting digital marketing platforms and tools
• Hands-on experience with CMS, CRM, email marketing, and analytics technologies
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate clearly with non-technical users
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience gathering business requirements for sales and marketing teams
• 3+ years of experience working within a digital marketing environment
• 3+ years of experience using Adobe tools such as Photoshop
• 3+ years of experience reading, writing, and troubleshooting HTML
• Excellent verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills
• Comfortable training end users with varying levels of marketing and IT experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email tools
