Role Description
We are seeking a talented and innovative Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Irving, TX, offering a combination of on-site collaboration and remote work flexibility. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, managing content calendars, optimizing posts for engagement, writing compelling captions, and monitoring performance metrics. Other tasks include engaging with our audience, staying updated with social media trends, and ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to drive engagement and growth.
- Skilled in Communication and Writing to craft engaging, brand-consistent content and interact effectively with the audience.
- Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies tailored for diverse audiences and platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage content calendars while staying ahead of trends.
- Familiarity with metrics and analytics tools to assess performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Proficiency in basic graphic design or content creation tools is a must ( Capcut, canva etc).
- Knowledge of events, décor, or the creative services industry is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
