Job Overview
Eternal Jewelry is a small, fast-growing ecommerce jewelry brand seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to own our presence on TikTok and Instagram. This is a dual-sided role: you will be responsible for creating engaging content that builds our brand and community, while also supporting paid social campaigns that drive direct sales.
We are looking for one person who can do both. You are comfortable planning a content calendar and shooting a reel on the same day you are checking campaign performance in Ads Manager. You know what makes content stop a scroll and you understand what makes an ad convert.
Important: Being on camera is a core and non-negotiable part of this role. You must be confident, natural, and engaging on video. Please do not apply if you are not comfortable appearing in content.
The role is primarily remote, with required on-site visits to our Newtown, PA studio and events across Philadelphia, Bucks County, New Jersey, and New York City for content shoots.
What You Will Do
- Plan and manage a consistent content calendar for TikTok and Instagram
- Create and edit engaging short-form video content, reels, stories, and graphics that reflect the brand aesthetic
- Appear on camera regularly for video shoots at the studio and at events -- this is a core part of the role
- Grow our organic following and engagement on TikTok and Instagram
- Stay ahead of trends, sounds, and formats and proactively bring fresh ideas
- Plan, set up, and manage paid ad campaigns on TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager to drive ecommerce sales
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audiences to improve paid performance over time
- Monitor and report on both organic and paid performance metrics regularly
- Use AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar to accelerate content ideation, ad copy, and creative workflows

- Paid campaigns generating measurable ecommerce sales with improving efficiency over time
- A steady stream of creative ideas and content that feels fresh and on-trend
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of social media management experience for a product, DTC, or ecommerce brand
- Confident and natural on camera -- you are comfortable being the face of content in short-form videos, reels, and live shoots
- Strong eye for aesthetics and a genuine understanding of what performs on TikTok and Instagram
- Hands-on experience creating and editing short-form video content
- Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, Canva, or similar editing tools
- Experience running paid social campaigns on TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager is preferred
- Familiarity with ecommerce performance metrics: ROAS, CAC, CPM, CTR, and conversion rate
- Experience with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms is a plus
- Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar as part of your daily workflow
- Self-starter who can work independently and bring new ideas without being asked
- Genuine interest in jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle brands
