Title: Social Media Marketing Coordinator (influencer Seeding)

Job Description:
Client’s Influencer team is looking for an Influencer Earned Coordinator to join the team as a contract position starting as soon as possible.
The Earned Coordinator owns the end-to-end execution of creator gifting and seeding programs across Client’s brand portfolio.
This is a hands-on, executional role responsible for the full kit lifecycle — from creator research and ideation through fulfillment, content tracking, and campaign reporting.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, deeply plugged into the creator landscape, and able to move quickly across multiple campaigns without sacrificing attention to detail.
Primary Responsibilities
Creator Research & Vetting
- Build and maintain influencer lists for earned seeding programs across Client’s brand portfolio
- Vet creators against brand safety parameters, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives
Maintain creator databases with performance history and campaign notes
Kit Ideation & Creative Development
- Lead creative ideation for gifting kit concepts, packaging, and unboxing experience
- Identify and source brand products for each send; manage product specs and inventory
- Build campaign approval decks and manage consolidation of cross-functional feedback
Kit Execution & Fulfillment
- Own end-to-end execution of all creator mailer and seeding programs
- Build and manage workback schedules for every send-out, keeping campaigns on brief, on time, and on brand
- Provide packaging specs and delivery timelines to fulfillment vendors; track and audit all outbound shipments
- Escalate fulfillment issues proactively and maintain accountability to deadlines
- Manage gifting logistics communications — including address confirmation, shipping follow-up, and content deadline reminders — across active seeding programs
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with internal brand, legal, and PR teams on approvals and compliance
- Maintain clear communication with cross-functional partners and senior team leads throughout each campaign
Content Tracking & Reporting
- Track earned content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube via Captiv8 and manual methods
- Compile campaign recaps covering content volume, reach, and performance metrics for all seeding programs
- Maintain organized records of all earned activity for brand leads and stakeholders
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in earned gifting or influencer seeding at a PR, talent, or influencer agency — or in-house at a brand
- Exceptionally organized; able to manage multiple active campaigns simultaneously without losing detail
- Deeply knowledgeable about the creator landscape and what's trending across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional and clear with internal and external partners
- Self-motivated, works independently, and brings a proactive problem-solving approach
- Proficient in Excel and Captiv8 (or equivalent); Canva or similar a plus
- Experience with parent and family creator communities preferred; broader influencer marketing experience required
