This is NOT a content creation role. This is NOT a social media manager role.
We need someone who understands:
How to break audience loops on Instagram
How content gets pushed beyond regional reach
Short form video strategy Reels, TikTok
Audience behavior and engagement signals
How to reposition a brand from service based to culture and product brand

Pretty Mafia is a premium hair brand focused on real ethically sourced hair for women who value quality confidence and presence. It is more than hair it is about transformation energy and a certain type of woman who knows she is that girl. The brand blends street to luxury aesthetics with a strong sense of culture identity and sisterhood.
What I need from you:
Audit of current content and reach limitations
30 day content and growth strategy
Reel structure and hook strategy
Content pillars aligned with national audience growth
Strategy for increasing out of state engagement
Clear explanation of what is blocking reach and how to fix it
Budget:$300 to $800 for initial strategy project audit and roadmap. Potential ongoing work if results and alignment are strong
