We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Associate to join our team in Burbank, California. In this role, this is the point person for receiving and delivering show footage during the Production and Post Production process. This requires excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of the television Post-Production process and impeccable follow thru. This role will troubleshoot any issues with acquired show media, arrange for the distribution of media to Creative vendors and agencies and communicate any show restrictions as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for receiving and delivering show footage during production and post-production processes.
• Facilitate the acquisition of Walt Disney Television content across brands for special projects, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Troubleshoot issues related to file delivery, formatting, and media acquisition to ensure seamless workflow.
• Distribute media assets to creative vendors, agencies, and partners while maintaining security and retention protocols.
• Coordinate live feed captures and off-air network recordings to support marketing initiatives.
• Maintain and update metadata, show restrictions, and delivery information in internal databases.
• Establish and nurture strong partnerships with content providers to support marketing efforts.
• Onboard and manage external user accounts on media and delivery platforms.
• Track, input, and communicate content restrictions to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support special projects such as sizzles, Upfront events, and promotional activities.
• 5+ years of Marketing/Broadcast/Production/Post-Production
• Strong understanding of file formats and Television Post Production
• Strong Verbal presentation skills
• Proficient in Keynote, PowerPoint, Teams, Google Docs, etc.
• Basic knowledge of rights management
• Forward thinker and problem solver
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Extremely organized and have a great eye for detail
• Thrive working in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Great follow-thru a must
• Proactive and resourceful
• Must have strong relationship building and customer service skills
