ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Social Media Partnerships Sales team member to grow revenue across our creator roster. You'll be the primary driver of brand deal flow: sourcing, pitching, structuring, and closing social media campaigns for our talent network.
This is a high-autonomy, high-ownership position for someone who thrives working independently and within a supportive team environment utilizing the infrastructure, roster, and relationships Wellness Loud has already built.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prospect and develop brand relationships across health, wellness, lifestyle, and adjacent categories
- Build and manage an outbound pipeline: email, DMs, and agency relationships
- Package and position social media campaigns including posts, integrations, whitelisting, and usage rights
- Price and structure deals based on market conditions, creator preferred rates, and creator performance data
- Negotiate directly with brands and agencies through to close
- Manage your deals from outreach through execution alignment, including but not limited to administrative processes
- Communicate directly with creators and ensure deliverable completion
- Build repeatable, long-term brand relationships tied to our roster
WHO YOU ARE
- An experienced sales professional with a proven track record in outbound, relationship-driven deals
- A strong "hunter" who generates their own opportunities; you don't wait for inbound requests
- A confident closer who can independently negotiate and finalize deals
- Someone who thrives with autonomy and wants a performance-based upside
REQUIRED EXPERTISE
You are fluent in the economics of influencer marketing and social media sales. You already understand:
- How to price social media and podcast campaigns
- How to structure deliverables, usage rights, and timelines
- Whitelisting, paid usage, and licensing mechanics
- Performance metrics: views, engagement rate, CPMs, conversions
- How to position creators and performance data effectively to brands
NICE TO HAVE
- Existing relationships with brands or agencies
- Experience selling creator-led campaigns
- Background in health, wellness, or podcasting
COMPENSATION
This is a commission-based role with structure tied directly to deals you originate and close. High earning potential for strong performers.
