Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Freelance Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive business growth in the roofing and facade segment. The role focuses on identifying, targeting, and converting large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for large-scale roofing and facade projects
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate target markets
- Pitch products/services and manage the full sales cycle from lead to closure
- Collaborate with internal teams for proposals, pricing, and technical discussions
- Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects
- Represent the company in meetings, site visits, and industry events
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience in sales & marketing, preferably in: Roofing systems & Facade solutions
- Strong network within construction/real estate industry
- Demonstrated success in closing high-value projects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a freelance setup
Compensation:
- Success Fee / Commission-Based
- Attractive payout linked to project value and closures
- This is a 100% performance-based / success-fee role. Earnings depend on deals closed, with high upside and no fixed salary.
- The displayed salary range is indicative; actual payouts are in INR and depend on deal closures.
Preferred Profile:
- Experience working with large commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
- Technical understanding of roofing and facade systems is a must
- Ability to work in a flexible remote/hybrid environment
