Marketing Manager (Contract)

Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused professional to support integrated marketing activations for consumer brand initiatives. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. You will serve as a critical operational partner, ensuring marketing programs are delivered on time, on brief, and to the highest quality standards. This position demands strong collaboration skills, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives from planning through execution, maintaining clear communication and organization throughout the process. The ideal candidate brings a get-it-done mindset and demonstrates exceptional follow-through in managing complex, evolving projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed project plans and timelines across integrated marketing initiatives
- Send regular status updates and identify risks, dependencies, and upcoming milestones
- Ensure teams meet key deadlines and deliverables across fast-moving launch and activation cycles
- Adapt plans as priorities, timelines, or scopes change while keeping stakeholders aligned
- Support integrated marketing planning, including light creative strategy and channel briefing
- Partner with cross-functional teams across marketing, go-to-market, and product marketing to develop multi-channel launch or activation plans
- Translate briefs into clear execution plans across channels
- Review creative and marketing assets to ensure they meet the brief and uphold high quality standards
- Support coordination with creative, channel, and agency partners as needed
- Own asset organization, including clear naming conventions and metadata tagging
- Ensure final assets are saved in correct shared locations and are easy to find and reuse
- Traffic assets to channel teams on time and confirm receipt and readiness
- Help maintain clean, accessible asset libraries to enable work to scale across teams
Requirements
- 5 years or more of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, project management, or a related marketing role
- 8 years or more of project management experience
- 8 years or more of experience writing creative briefs and marketing planning
- 8 years or more of asset management experience
- Experience working in the tech sector is preferred
- Experience working as a vendor or supporting teams is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Project management with ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

Additional Details

- Duration: 2 months
- Pay Range*: $43 - $48.50 per hour
- Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
- Job Status: Non-Exempt
