Description
The Seasonal Marketing Assistant supports the marketing efforts of the community to target markets including prospective residents and parents. The role is vital to the implementation of off-site marketing in conjunction with all other marketing efforts and helps to create and maintain a favorable image of the community to achieve property leasing objectives while creating a vibrant living environment to maintain high occupancy and retention rates.
Job Responsibilities: (OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED)
- Assist in the implementation of on and off-site marketing efforts including but not limited to: on-campus marketing, orientation marketing, housing fairs, open houses, property events, and general marketing within the community.
- Assist with the implementation of renewal marketing campaigns and renewal events.
- Assist in the creation of social media content and assist with the implementation of digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct all functions necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining model rooms, and completing any required prospect follow-up in a timely and accurate manner.
- Fully and accurately complete a guest card for each prospective resident contact, whether by phone or in person, and enter into leasing system.
- Support the team with data entry, tracking leads, follow-up, and tenant applications.
- Answer leasing phone calls and process online inquiries.
- Distribute approved materials and messages to target market(s) as assigned.
- Assists in keeping the community clean by surveying common areas regularly for cleanliness, appearance, and working order.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and suggest improvements.
- Attend and constructively contribute to required staff meetings and any other special meetings.
- Exhibit a welcoming and professional attitude at all times when representing the community and interacting with employees, vendors, prospective and current residents and parents, etc.
- Provide general administrative support to the leasing and marketing teams as needed.
This is a Seasonal, Temporary role.
