Role Description
Seeking a media relations / executive communications professional to secure coverage to elevate the profile of a CEO at a major publicly traded company. Experience in the healthcare, senior care, long-term care, business, and leadership space is a must. Person would be responsible for identifying opportunities and securing hits in top-tier national media outlets -- digital print, print, TV and podcast. Can be profiles, "corner office" features, interviews on senior care trends, and leadership/business tips. Ideal candidate will have cut their teeth at a top NYC PR agency or fast-paced in-house role at a big company. Remote and freelance role that will be ongoing with room for growth/more work.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience
- Experience in healthcare, business, senior care space
- Experience at top NYC PR agencies or in-house roles at fast-paced large companies
- Self starter, aggressive pitcher
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred
