Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Associate supports the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on paid search and online advertising platforms. This role will manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and marketing performance through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Search & Campaign Management
- Execute and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads platforms
- Monitor campaign performance including CTR, conversions, CPC, and CPA
- Optimize keyword strategies, bidding structures, and ad copy to improve campaign effectiveness
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies
Digital Marketing Execution
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels
- Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables
- Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines and marketing strategy
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics using digital analytics tools
- Generate campaign reports and provide insights for optimization
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve marketing performance and ROI
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal marketing, product, and analytics teams
- Support integrated marketing initiatives and campaign execution
- Assist with ongoing marketing operations and project coordination
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns using Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads
- Experience optimizing digital marketing campaigns using performance data
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar marketing analytics platforms
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
