Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Paid Social Media Specialist to join our team in the San Francisco/San Jose area on a contract basis, with a high likelihood of full-time employment conversion. The ideal candidate will build our in-house media buying function, manage and optimize high-budget paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok, with a strong emphasis on Meta. This role involves hands-on campaign management, strategic collaboration with the team, and continuous optimization for revenue growth and media funnel performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop the in-house media buying function for internal display and lower-funnel campaigns.
- Oversee paid social campaigns across various platforms, prioritizing Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Execute campaign setup, management, and optimization, alongside budgeting, pacing, and reporting.
- Work closely with the Strategy team to drive social media optimization and improve overall performance.
- Introduce innovative ideas for optimization and growth.
Must-Have Skills:- Strong expertise in Meta platform.
- Skilled in budget management and campaign analytics.
- Proven ability in managing lower-funnel, revenue-focused campaigns.
Industry Experience:- Agency background preferred, demonstrating experience in managing multiple clients and sizable budgets confidently.
This opportunity is perfect for a senior, mature candidate ready to impact our social media strategy and growth significantly. The position requires onsite presence in San Francisco or San Jose 2-3 days a week, with the rest being remote.
