Manager, Social Media Creative Project Manager

Payrate: $40.00 - $45.00/hr.

Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in social program management, project management, or social production for a global brand, agency, or creator-focused team.
Experience managing multiple concurrent social content projects across both tentpole and always on moments.
Strong understanding of cross functional roles and processes, including Creative, Strategy, Production, Legal, Media, and Creator Partnerships.
Fluency in deliverables and specifications for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and other social platforms across organic and paid media.
Experience working in fast-paced, in house environments supporting creative teams.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow through.
Confident managing workflows and priorities across multiple teams.
Clear, professional communicator in written, verbal, and status reporting contexts.
Proactive problem solver with a practical, solutions oriented mindset.
Collaborative, team first approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Comfortable balancing structure with creative flexibility.
Experience using project management tools such as Wrike, Workfront, Asana, Notion, or MS Project.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $40.00 - $45.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
