We are looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Marin County, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating compelling content, and optimizing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams across marketing, events, and sales while contributing to the growth of our media and events ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and publish engaging visual and video content tailored to various social media platforms.
• Oversee and maintain a consistent brand presence across all social media channels.
• Travel to industry events and conferences to capture live content and promote real-time engagement.
• Implement tracking and analytics tools to measure social media performance and drive conversions.
• Strategically plan and execute paid social media campaigns to meet marketing objectives.
• Experiment with innovative content formats and strategies to maximize audience engagement.
• Provide LinkedIn content and posting support for the sales team to enhance outreach effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with broader business goals.
• Analyze audience behavior and social analytics to refine content and campaign strategies.
• Proven experience managing social media for brands or event-focused organizations.
• Strong knowledge of social media analytics and audience behavior trends.
• Expertise in creating high-quality visual and video content for social platforms.
• Ability to plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using tagging, tracking, and analytics tools to measure performance.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for content creation and editing is a plus.
