About the Role

As we grow brand awareness and prepare for direct-to-consumer expansion, we’re looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Manager to help build and scale our digital presence. This role focuses on translating established brand positioning into engaging social content that drives awareness, community engagement, and conversion.
Aleni Brands is part of Snap Global Solutions, our parent company and global product development and manufacturing partner. A small portion of this role (approximately 10%) will support Snap’s LinkedIn presence and corporate storytelling.
This position reports to the Director of Brands & Product Development and is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a startup environment and helping brands grow from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate established brand voice into platform-specific tone, content pillars, and social storytelling.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and manage content calendars aligned with product launches, marketing initiatives, and brand priorities.
- Create short-form video, lifestyle, and product-focused content that supports discovery and engagement.
- Plan and support execution of social campaigns tied to launches, awareness initiatives, and DTC/Amazon marketing efforts, coordinating with paid media, influencer, and PR activities when applicable.
- Manage day-to-day community engagement, including comments, messages, and audience interaction.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize content and strategy based on insights and testing.
- Stay current on social trends and translate them into on-brand opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging across social, marketing, and commerce channels.
- Support LinkedIn content development for Snap Global Solutions to strengthen industry visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing social media for consumer or lifestyle brands.
- Experience building or growing social presence for early-stage brands strongly preferred.
- Strong storytelling, writing, and visual content instincts.
- Comfortable creating and editing short-form video content.
- Ability to balance creative execution with performance-driven thinking.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management tools.
- Experience in toys, lifestyle, gifting, or consumer products is a plus.
Role Details
- Employment Type: Part-time contractor / freelance
- Location: Hybrid - South Florida preferred; in-office collaboration approximately 2–3 times per week
- Reporting To: Director of Brands & Product Development
- Travel: No travel expected
