Position Overview
Dviso Consulting LLC is seeking senior Architecture students (final years) or experienced architectural draftspersons interested in remote freelance work as an additional source of income.
This role focuses on preparing architectural plans for Code Compliance and legalization projects within the City of Miami and Miami-Dade County. Projects typically involve resolving building violations, as-built drawings, and permit documentation.
This is a project-based opportunity with flexible scheduling, ideal for professionals or students seeking supplemental income.
Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings for code compliance and permit submissions
- Develop as-built plans based on property inspections
- Revise plans according to municipal comments
- Coordinate with our team regarding scope and project requirements
- Conduct on-site property inspections (paid separately) when required
Requirements
- Senior Architecture student (final years) or experienced architectural draftsperson
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (Revit is a plus)
- Bilingual: English and Spanish (required)
- Reliable personal vehicle (required for inspections)
- Availability for occasional on-site inspections in Miami-Dade County
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Professional communication skills
- Reliable personal vehicle required for travel to on-site property inspections. (full expense will be reimbursed with proper invoice.)
