Description
We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Nightlife Social Media Coordinator to help manage the creative direction and strategy for our vibrant portfolio of nightlife venues. This role emphasizes crafting captivating visual content and building an engaging online presence that reflects the energy and allure of our venues. The ideal candidate brings contemporary experience in content creation, social media strategy, and event-focused storytelling. This position will work hand in hand with the Nightlife Marketing Manager, Sr Social Media Manager and requires regular on-site presence for event coverage and content generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Help develop and implement content strategies tailored to nightlife venues, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
- Oversee the creation and management of content calendars, including scheduling and publishing across multiple platforms.
- Participate in photoshoots, video production, and live event coverage to capture content.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to ensure high-quality visuals.
- Produce engaging Reels, Tik Toks, and Instagram Stories for real-time and pre-planned campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, identify trends, and opportunities to optimize results.
- Provide regular reports and insights to Sr Social Media Manager & Nightlife Marketing Manager to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Utilize tools such as Dash Hudson for scheduling and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with venue teams, DJs, and artists to create buzzworthy content.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to align strategies and campaigns across all channels.
- Cultivate relationships with influencers, artists, and promoters to amplify content reach.
- Engage with online communities, monitor comments, and manage user interactions to boost engagement.
- Attending events to capture live content, ensuring seamless coverage across platforms.
- Provide real-time updates during events, including Instagram and TikTok live coverage.
- Execute a suite of nightlife marketing administrative responsibilities.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in social/content creation in nightlife or entertainment.
- Proven track record of contributing to content strategies and delivering impactful campaigns.
- Knowledge of content production, editing tools (Photoshop, Premier Pro, & Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of nightlife culture, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to capture and edit high-quality photos and videos quickly in fast-paced settings.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on nights, weekends, and holidays.
