MoodysNWC is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager. This individual will play a crucial role in scaling and diversifying Digital Services’ contribution to the enterprise. This individual needs to be comfortable experimenting with new processes or ways of working and have the persistence to accomplish tasks despite roadblocks or pushback. Additional skillsets include creative thinking, willingness to take risks, and building trustful, cross-functional partnerships, all to benefit our customers and the business.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with campaign owners and other business stakeholders to determine appropriate digital placements/capabilities to use and implementation details, balancing the expected value (both short-term and long-term) and the effort needed to execute the campaign.
- Partner with the lead and marketing governance team on campaign prioritization and scheduling.
- Collaborate with campaign owners to determine KPIs to track.
- Collaborate with data teams to create dashboards and track campaign performance E2E.
- Analyze campaign performance data and recommend adjustments as needed.
- · Provide regular updates to campaign stakeholders, leadership, and strategic partners (incl. socializing new capabilities).
- Work with business analysts to create dashboards, pull reports, and generate audience list.
- Drive, document, and measure the impact of process improvements.
- Foster high-trust working relationships with the other team members and “external” teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Research, solicit, and recommend new capabilities or product enhancements to the Digital Services product managers, based on gaps and opportunities.
- Triage and escalate issues as they arise.
Skill:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist, Marketing Campaign Coordinator, or similar role; a plus if in the telecom or digital entertainment industry.
- 2-3 years of experience with campaign management tools
- 2-3 years of experience designing, rolling out, socializing, and revising new processes to ensure stakeholder buy-in/compliance and positive business impact.
- 2-3 years of experience with campaign KPI management
- Self-directed: ability to work independently with minimum supervision and guidance (incl. time management skills)
- Flexibility, comfort with navigating ambiguity and processing new information/process.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Curiosity, with the ability to learn quickly and independently.
- Proactive and creative problem-solving skills; bias for action
- Proven analytical abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven success working cross-functionally and with all levels of management.

- Experience in generating process documentation and reports.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a business analyst, product owner/manager, project/program manager, campaign manager
- Experience with digital A/B and multivariate tests
- Experience with digital/omnichannel customer engagement best practices
- Google, Adobe, Salesforce certifications
- Agile knowledge or certification

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary for this position ranges from 80k/year in our lowest geographic market up to 130k/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Other forms of compensation are offered in the form of medical, vision, and dental benefits.
