Built by a small team, we are now making our first hires to build the future of AI-native creative tools.

The Role

We are looking for a Founding Design Engineer. You will own our design system, component architecture, and the micro-interactions that make complex AI workflows feel effortless. You will make deep architectural decisions about how our interface is structured and how it performs across desktop and mobile screens.

What You Will Do

Build and maintain our universal component library across all three platforms using NativeWind (Tailwind) and Radix UI component primitives.

Implement premium, physics-based animations and gesture interactions for our video timeline, shot cards, and AI generation flows using React Native Reanimated.

Translate complex multi-step user flows into clean, reusable React components with well-structured local state.

Ensure all UI renders at 60fps — including Canvas-based views (Skia) and heavily animated timeline elements.

Who You Are

You have an exceptional eye for design and deep technical expertise in React Native rendering and state architecture.

You have shipped complex universal apps using Expo Router.

You are a React Native Reanimated specialist. You understand worklets, shared values, and gesture composition.

You identify UX problems yourself, design the solution, and push it to production without needing supervision.

Tech Stack

React Native, Expo Router, NativeWind, Radix UI / rn-primitives, Zustand, RN Reanimated v3, RN Gesture Handler, Skia, Firebase, and various AI provider APIs.
