Robert Half is seeking a mid-level Digital Marketing Specialist for a contract-to-hire role in the Greater Seattle area. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience managing multiple social media channels and developing strategic, engaging content to support product marketing efforts.

💲 Pay: $37–$39/hour (W2)
📍 Location: Eastside of Greater Seattle (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
⏰ Schedule: M–F, 40 hours/week

✨Responsibilities:
- Manage all social media accounts, including posting schedules, paid ads, and campaign execution
- Assist with or directly manage paid social campaigns (boosted posts, ads, A/B tests, basic setup)
- Create and curate content across multiple channels
- Pull performance metrics and optimize content accordingly
- Use insights and social listening tools to inform ongoing strategy
- Edit videos and design content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other creative apps
- Attend monthly or quarterly events to capture content
- Assist with webinars and other virtual events
- Support the digital marketing team with broader goals and initiatives
Requirements:
- Experience supporting both organic and paid social campaigns (basic ad setup, boosting posts, tracking performance)
- Ability to manage multiple channels and stay current with platform and posting trends
- Strong understanding of social media best practices and analytics
- Proficiency with content creation tools: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.
- Skilled in editing short‑form videos for social posts and stories
- Experience with social listening and analytics tools (Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite)
- Strong writing and editing skills for captions, posts, and ad copy
- Ability to manage posting schedules and maintain a consistent brand voice
- Comfortable attending events to capture content (monthly/quarterly)
- Experience supporting webinars, livestreams, or virtual events
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Collaborative team player with ability to work cross‑functionally
