Location: Fully Remote (U.S.-based preferred; California advantageous given our El Dorado Hills / San Francisco roots)

Role Overview

We're hiring a creative, connected Marketing & Social Media Influencer on contract to supercharge Pamkit's visibility and user acquisition. This role centers on influencer partnerships, authentic content creation, and social media strategy to reach target audiences: affluent individuals/families managing complex assets, real estate investors/small landlords, high-net-worth professionals, and anyone tired of forgotten warranties, lost documents, or disorganized portfolios. You'll leverage your network and personal brand to showcase Pamkit's AI magic (Pamela's natural-language help, reminders, insights) and drive trial sign-ups toward our goal of 1000 paid users by Summer of 2026.

Ideal for someone with influence in personal finance, real estate, lifestyle productivity, family legacy planning, or tech-for-good spaces who can speak genuinely to the "peace of mind" Pamkit delivers.

Key Responsibilities

Research, outreach to, and build partnerships with relevant influencers, creators, and thought leaders (micro to mid-tier) in personal finance, real estate investing, landlord communities, productivity/tech, family organization, wealth management, and digital tools (e.g., LinkedIn finance pros, real estate TikTok/YouTube creators, X threads on asset tracking, Instagram lifestyle influencers).
Collaborate on authentic content: Co-create posts, Reels, Threads, videos, or stories demonstrating Pamkit in action (e.g., "How Pamela caught my expiring warranty," "AI-organized my $5M portfolio," "Secure family sharing for rentals"). Provide brand assets, guidelines, and demo access.
Develop and execute Pamkit-focused social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn primary for professionals/investors; X for quick tips/trends; Instagram/TikTok for visual demos; YouTube Shorts for how-tos). Produce original content highlighting features like AI reminders, OCR document magic, rental analytics, and security.
Conduct light market research on trends (e.g., rising interest in AI personal tools, rental tech, legacy planning) to inform campaigns and identify partnership opportunities.
Drive measurable growth: Track impressions, engagement, referral traffic, trial sign-ups, and leads from influencer efforts; support sales funnel with warm intros or content that converts.
Ensure all promotions align with Pamkit's messaging (secure, AI-smart, family-first), comply with advertising guidelines (truthful claims, no misleading health/finance advice), and uphold high customer service standards in interactions.
Report campaign performance (metrics + insights) and iterate proactively; spot trends to position Pamkit as the go-to AI asset manager.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven track record in influencer marketing, social media strategy, or brand collaborations — ideally promoting SaaS, productivity apps, personal finance tools, real estate tech, or family/lifestyle products.
Active personal/professional social presence with engaged audience (LinkedIn strongly preferred; bonus for X, Instagram, TikTok in relevant niches).
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills — comfortable negotiating with influencers, engaging audiences, and collaborating remotely.
Experience or strong understanding of market research to spot opportunities in personal asset management, rentals, or AI tools.
Ability to develop creative marketing strategies that drive awareness, trials, and paid conversions.
Strategic, proactive mindset with excellent time management for independent remote work.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
Familiarity with personal finance apps, real estate tools (e.g., Stessa, RentRedi), or AI productivity solutions is a big plus.
Comfort with tools like Canva, CapCut, Hootsuite/Buffer, Google Analytics, or LinkedIn tools.
