The Role
We’re looking for a freelance E-commerce / Digital Marketing Specialist to own and manage our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads, drive qualified traffic to our website, and help increase online sales. This is a remote, freelance role ideal for someone who understands both performance marketing and brand-building in the DTC space.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
- Develop performance-driven strategies to increase website traffic, conversions, and ROAS
- Test and iterate on creatives, audiences, and messaging to improve results
- Monitor campaign performance and provide clear, actionable insights and reporting
- Collaborate with our team on promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
- Stay up to date on Meta ad trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience running Meta ads for e-commerce or DTC brands
- Strong understanding of paid social funnels, audience targeting, and conversion tracking
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Experience working with Shopify and Meta Ads Manager
- Ability to work independently, manage budgets, and deliver results
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bonus Points
- Experience in beauty, skincare, or wellness brands
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, email marketing, or CRO strategies
- Creative input on ad concepts and messaging
