Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Freelance Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, social media lead generation, and international/multilingual keyword research, with a strong focus on measurable results, ROI, and continuous campaign improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Optimize campaigns for CPC, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research for international and multilingual markets, understanding local search behavior, intent, and cultural nuances.
- Create and test ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to improve performance.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Implement A/B testing and continuous improvement strategies.
- Manage social media lead generation campaigns to ensure high-quality lead flow.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices in global markets.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Advertising (freelance or agency).
- Strong expertise in:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Experience in Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with:
- Google Analytics / GA4
- Ads Manager / Campaign Manager
- Reporting dashboards / Excel
- Experience in international/multilingual keyword research and global campaign optimization.
- Ability to work independently and deliver target-driven results.
- Experience working in the UAE market is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Google Ads / Meta / LinkedIn Marketing.
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools.
- Understanding of UAE/GCC audience and international market behavior.
